Jack Kornfield, Ph.D. teaches meditation internationally, and is one of the key teachers to introduce Buddhist meditation practices to the West. He co-founded the Insight Meditation Society in Barre, Massachusetts, and the Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, California. He holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and has been at the forefront of the ongoing dialogue between Buddhist and western psychology.

Trudy Goodman Kornfield, Ph.D., is a mindfulness meditation teacher who has trained in meditation and psychotherapy, and is the Founding Teacher of InsightLA.
